Paul Ogburn recently launched his own consultancy company after 10 years as Retail Director at Tate where he was responsible for retail operations across all four Tate sites and up to 14 shops. Paul has spent many years at senior level within the retail sector, working across various area, regional and director roles as well as department store management including House of Fraser.
