I can’t log in to make my booking – what do I do?

You will first need to create an account, which you can do as follows:

  1. Click here and then choose ‘Log In’
  2. Scroll down to choose ‘Register’ at the bottom of the pop-up
  3. Enter all details and click ‘Register’
  4. You will be sent an authorisation code via email – follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your account. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, the email can sometimes get sent there.
How do I book the Welcome Drinks and Gala Dinner?

The Welcome Drinks and Gala Dinner can be booked separately – visit Networking Events to find out more and book your place. Please note places at the Welcome Drinks are limited to one delegate per organisation.

How do I enter the Cultural Enterprises Awards?

The Awards are now open for entries. The closing date is Friday 21 January 2022, and the winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on 3 March. To find out more and enter go to Cultural Enterprises Awards.

What Covid-19 safety measures are being put in place?

Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our delegates, exhibitors and staff. There is currently no requirement for a vaccine passport to attend an event of this type, however the SEC has introduced a number of additional safety measures following current guidance and regulations, which you can find listed here. This page will be kept up to date regularly with the latest advice. 

Are special hotel rates available?

Yes, Glasgow Convention Bureau is offering specially discounted rates for Conference delegates with a wide range of hotels. Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis and the special rates will be available until 19 January 2022. Find out more

Is any financial support available?

Yes, the Association for Cultural Enterprises is offering 25 free bursary places for the Cultural Enterprises Conference 2022. Each bursary covers two full days’ attendance at the Conference and Trade Show (excluding the Gala Dinner), as well as two nights’ accommodation and travel up to the value of £250.
