I can’t log in to make my booking – what do I do?

You will first need to create an account, which you can do as follows:

  1. Click here and then choose ‘Log In’
  2. Scroll down to choose ‘Register’ at the bottom of the pop-up
  3. Enter all details and click ‘Register’
  4. You will be sent an authorisation code via email – follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your account. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, the email can sometimes get sent there.
How do I book the social events?

You can book for the Drinks & Street Food Party and Awards Dinner when you book your Conference place.

What time do Conference sessions start and when does the Trade Show open?

How do I enter the Cultural Enterprises Awards?

Awards entries are now open. Click here to enter by midnight on Friday 12 January 2024.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel with a full refund of delegate fees (excluding Awards Dinner costs) up to 15 business days ahead of the Conference. Any cancellations received after that date will be liable for the full fee. All cancellations must be sent in writing to
