How to Book
- Open the Floor Plan and Price List to select your stand.
- Click on the booking link next to your chosen stand size in the table opposite to make your booking.
On the booking form you will be able to select your specific stand number, subject to availability, as well as optional extras including Supplier Spotlights. A deposit of £300 + VAT will be required to secure your stand, with the balance required within 30 days.
Social events will be available to book at a later date – you will be notified separately about these.

The following are not included, but can be ordered if required: furniture and shelving, chairs and tables, MDF painted panels, graphics, additional name boards and panels, hard wired internet, literature dispensers, muslin ceilings, night sheets, parking.
Additional refreshment and lunch vouchers can be purchased at £32 + VAT per person per day.
Maximise Your Exposure
There are a number of ways you can raise your profile and encourage more people to your stand, with an advertising package or a Supplier Spotlight talk. We also have a number of sponsorship opportunities available which can be tailored to meet your budget and needs – if this is of interest please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Take out an exclusive advertising banner which will appear on the holding screen prior to a Conference session* as well as in the Programme in the Conference app – giving your brand fantastic exposure throughout the event.

Host a 20 minute Supplier Spotlight talk within our Showcase Sessions programme in the Trade Show hall. This is a great opportunity to talk directly to delegates about your products and services, with a short presentation followed by live Q&A.
