We are delighted to be holding our Conference at the ICC Wales, a fantastic world class venue surrounded by woodlands, with good transport links and a great selection of nearby hotels.

Located within the grounds of the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales, the ICC Wales is just two minutes from the M4 and under two hours from London Paddington by train. Newport benefits from great rail links across the UK, and Bristol and Cardiff Airports are also within easy reach.

Travelling by Train

The nearest train station to the ICC is Newport, South Wales. If you are travelling with First Great Western from London Paddington to Newport, you can book discounted tickets – find out more.

Travelling by Car

The ICC is conveniently located just off the M4 as you head into Wales. There are 700 visitor parking spaces in the underground car park, with direct access to the main foyer of the venue. Complimentary electric vehicle charging points are available on site.

The venue is offering discounted parking at £6 per day, which must be pre-paid online. If you don’t pre-pay, standard rates will apply from £2 for one hour to £16 for 8-12 hours.

Shuttle Bus Service

A free shuttle bus service will run between Newport train station and ICC Wales, and between ICC Wales and the Ty Magor, Coldra Court, Premier Inn and Holiday Inn hotels. Schedule as follows:

Wednesday 13 March

08:00 to midday: Newport train station to ICC Wales
08:15 to 10:00: Hotels to ICC Wales
18:00 to 22:30: ICC Wales to hotels

 Thursday 14 March

08:15 to 10:00: Newport train station to ICC Wales
08:00 to 10:00: Hotels to ICC Wales
17:30 to 19:00: ICC Wales to hotels / hotels to ICC Wales
17:30 to 18:30: ICC Wales to Newport train station
23:00 to 00:15: ICC Wales to hotels
