Call for Speakers

Do you have experience to share that could inspire others and help build a strong and resilient sector? If so, why not consider presenting a session at the Cultural Enterprises Conference 2027. With a focus on Building Resilience Together, we’re looking for your Honest Moments, Silver Linings and Collaborative Wins.

Building Resilience Together

We want to hear about the bold and creative ways you drive income and engage visitors at your venue – what’s worked, what hasn’t worked, what you’ve learnt from it and what you’d do differently.

With an overall focus on Building Resilience Together, we’re looking for your Honest Moments, Silver Linings and Collaborative Wins – so make sure your proposed session hits at least one of those notes.

We’re keen to hear from all types and sizes of cultural organisations, and we also welcome joint applications from two cultural venues, or a venue and a supplier.

Speakers receive one free day at the Conference, where you’ll have the chance to network with hundreds of colleagues across the sector.

Topics include:

  • Catering
  • Commercial Strategy
  • Digital Skills
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • eCommerce
  • Events, Filming & Venue Hire
  • Governance & Legal
  • Leadership & Recruitment
  • Licensing & IP
  • Marketing & PR
  • Publishing
  • Retail
  • Strategies for Smaller Sites
  • Sustainability
  • Ticketing
  • Visitor Experience

For anyone thinking about speaking at the conference, I would absolutely encourage you to – the creative ways you drive income at your venue will be of huge use to others and you’ll be amazed at the connections you make and knowledge you gain.
