When will I be able to access the platform to start setting up my virtual stand?
The platform will be accessible from Monday 26 April. You will be sent a link to access it.
What if I need help setting up my stand?
As an exhibitor you’ll have full access to a live help centre which contains ‘how to’ videos and lots of guidance showing you how to set up your stand and get the best out of all the available features on the show platform.
Will I be able to include a special offer?
Yes, you are welcome to create a special offer for delegates, whether that’s to encourage them to visit your stand or to place an order with you. For example, you could create an offer that delegates receive when they book a meeting with you, or when they visit your stand and bookmark a certain number of products. Further details of how this will work will be available on the platform.
How do I book advertising and sponsorship?
You can book an advertising banner or a Supplier Spotlight talk either when you book your stand (recommended, as availability is limited) or afterwards by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We also have a number of sponsorship options to suit all budgets. Take a look at all the advertising and sponsorship opportunities available or talk to us about creating a bespoke package tailored to your objectives.
What will you be doing as event organisers to increase Trade Show visitors?
We will be running a number of incentives throughout the event to encourage delegates to spend time in the Trade Show, including a programme of Supplier Spotlight talks as well as prize draws and special offers designed to encourage interaction with exhibitors.
How do I book places for my exhibitor team?
The cost of your stand includes up to three exhibitor places for your team, who will be given admin rights to your virtual stand and full access to the Conference and Trade Show including all sessions and networking events. Please use the link in your stand booking confirmation email to provide names and contact details for all three of your team members.
What if I want to invite additional colleagues?
If you would like to bring more than three colleagues they will need to book as Conference delegates when bookings open in early April.
What will my contact details be used for?
Please be assured that we will only use your contact details to communicate with you about the Conference and Trade Show. Your details will not be shared with any third parties (other than delegates you wish to share them with). Should you receive any emails from third parties about the Conference, please disregard them.
When joining the platform, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions, which detail how your contact details on your profile are shared, including with other delegates and exhibitors who you choose to interact with.
