I can’t log in to make my booking – what do I do?

You will first need to create an account, which you can do as follows:

1. Click here to register for an account
2. Enter all details and click ‘Register’
3. You will be sent an authorisation code via email – follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your account. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, the email can sometimes get sent there.

1 Day All Inclusive Ticket

• Conference and Trade Show on the selected date (23 or 24 February), with all daytime catering
• Night at the Museum on 23 February at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.

3 Day Ticket

• Conference and Trade Show on 22-24 February, with all daytime catering
• NOT INCLUDED: Night at the Museum.

1 Day Ticket

• Conference and Trade Show on the selected date (23 or 24 February), with all daytime catering
• NOT INCLUDED: Night at the Museum.

Trade Show Only Ticket

• Trade Show including Showcase Stage and Cultural Connections networking lounge
• NOT INCLUDED: access to main Conference stages, catering or social events

Please note none of the above tickets include Welcome Drinks. Please select the complimentary Welcome Drinks ticket on the booking page when booking your Conference tickets.

What time does the Conference open and close each day?

Monday 22 February, 2.00pm – 5.30pm | Conference Only, ICC Birmingham

Tuesday 23 February, 8.15am – 5.30pm | Conference & Trade Show, ICC Birmingham

Wednesday 24 February 9.00am – 4.30pm | Conference & Trade Show, ICC Birmingham

What time are the social events and how do I book them?

Welcome Drinks
Monday 22 February, 6.00pm – 7.30pm | Trade Show Hall, ICC Birmingham

Welcome Drinks are complimentary but must be booked in advance. Select the ‘Welcome Drinks’ ticket on the main booking page when booking your Conference tickets.

Please note Welcome Drinks tickets are only available to Conference delegates and exhibitors.

Night at the Museum
Tuesday 23 February, 7.00pm – late | Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery

Ticket includes:

• Glass of fizz on arrival
• 3 additional drink tokens – choose from a selection of wines, beers, zero percent alternatives and soft drinks
• Food, entertainment and exclusive after hours access to the Museum

Entry to Night at the Museum is included with the All Inclusive Conference Ticket (3 day or 1 day). It is also available to book separately.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel with a full refund of delegate fees (excluding social events) up to 31 January 2027. Any cancellations received after that date will be liable for the full fee. All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@culturalenterprises.org.uk. For further details please see Terms & Conditions, Clause 3.

Are special hotel rates available for delegates?

Yes, exclusive hotel rates, including group rates, are available through Birmingham & West Midlands Convention Bureau – book here.

Are bursary places available?

Yes, a limited number of free bursary places are available for Member organisations with an annual turnover of less than £500k (excluding admissions) – find out more.

When will the Cultural Enterprises Awards be presented?

The Awards Ceremony will take place on the Main Stage on the morning of Tuesday 23 February. All are welcome to join us to celebrate this year’s winners. Awards entries are open now – enter by Friday 11 December.
