Exhibitor FAQs
What are the show build and breakdown timings?
All timings for the show build, breakdown, deliveries, loading/unloading and parking can be found in the Exhibitor Guide.
Is there an Exhibitor Welcome session?
Yes, please join the team for a tea/coffee break and welcome meeting on build day, Tuesday 11 March at 2pm in the Trade Show Hall.
Will catering be available on build day?
The catering concession at the back of the Trade Show hall will be open on build day with a selection of hot and cold drinks, confectionery and cake bars. Meal deals include a hot drink and cake bar for £4.50, or hot dish and drink for £10. They won’t be serving sandwiches, however there will be one hot dish served over lunch time.
Is there storage available?
There will be a small storage area built in the Trade Show Hall. Please note this will be unlocked so we do not advise that you leave any valuables there.
When will I receive my exhibitor badge?
Your exhibitor badge will be distributed to your stand on build day.
What time does the Conference & Trade Show open and close to delegates?
Registration and the Trade Show will open at 08.30 on Wednesday 12 March at ACC Liverpool. The Conference will close at 4pm on Thursday 13 March.

How do I download the Conference app?
You can download the latest version of the Conference app from Google Play or the App Store. Log in with the email address you used to register for the event.
When are the social events and how do I book them?
Welcome Drinks are at 7pm on Tuesday 11 March at the World Museum. Bookings are now closed, please email info@culturalenterprises.org.uk to be added to the waiting list.
The Awards Party is at 7.30pm on Wednesday 12 March at the Museum of Liverpool. Book tickets here.
The Awards Party includes a street food style dinner and the presentation of the Cultural Enterprises Awards. This is a fun and informal party night with a relaxed dress code. Feel free to dress up and add some sparkle, just as you would for any night out celebrating!
What if I have special dietary requirements?
All dietary requirements confirmed before Monday 24 February have been confirmed with the venue and will be catered for. Any allergies confirmed after this date will be passed on to the venues but we cannot guarantee they will be able to accommodate them.
As part of our sustainability actions we are moving towards a plant-based catering offer. Catering throughout the event will be 50% vegan and 50% vegetarian.
Where can I view the Trade Show floor plan?
You can view the floor plan here and on the Conference app.
Will charging points be available?
Yes charging points will be available at the venue. You will also have a 500w plug point included on your booth.
Will water stations be available?
Yes. Please remember to bring a water bottle with you, to reduce plastic waste. Tea and coffee will also be available throughout the event, please bring a refillable coffee cup if you have one.
Is there a cloakroom at ACC Liverpool?
Yes there will be a cloakroom, with a small charge of £2 per item (card payment only).
Is there somewhere I can go for some quiet space?
There will be a designated Quiet Zone within the Trade Show Hall, for anyone needing a few moments of calm and reflection. Please ask a member of the team to direct you.
