Book a Stand

  1. Open the Floor Plan to select your preferred stand.
  2. Check availability to ensure your preferred stand is not already booked.
  3. Click on the booking link next to your chosen stand size (opposite) to make your booking. If your chosen stand number shows ‘Out of Stock’ on the booking form, this means it is already booked – refer back to the floor plan to select another stand.
  4. Can’t see your preferred size? We understand that stands are now limited but do get in touch as we may be able to adjust the plan to your requirements. Email us tradeshow@culturalenterprises.com

A non-refundable deposit of £300 + VAT will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due within 30 days.

*Prices shown are Associate Member rates. Non-members pay an additional £550 +VAT. If you’re not an Associate Member, register your interest to be considered for a stand, or become a member to book your stand now at the best rates.

A full Exhibitor Manual will be available containing order forms and all logistical information that you will need.

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available which can be tailored to meet your budget and needs.

NEW: Start Up Zone

Do you run a small, emerging business that aims to work with and support the cultural sector? This year we are offering a unique opportunity for businesses like yours, that will create an extra point of interest for our Trade Show visitors too.

The Start Up Zone will feature a limited number of smaller stands, dedicated to new companies and freelancers with strong potential for growth. To join the Start Up Zone, your business must meet the following criteria:

  • Trading for less than three years
  • Fewer than 10 employees
  • Able to demonstrate innovation in your product, service or business model.

Exhibitors selected for the Start Up Zone are eligible to participate for a maximum of two years, after which they are welcome to book a main floor stand.

These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair and equitable experience for all exhibitors and to encourage continuous growth and engagement within our Trade Show community.

Your Start Up Zone package includes:
  • White melamine panels and structure, fully carpeted
  • One counter and one high stool
  • Two spotlights on each winged wall; 500w plug socket
  • Stand name board
  • ‘Digital booth’ in the Conference app
  • Listing on the Conference & Trade Show website
  • Opportunity to register for social events
  • Refreshments and lunch for one member of staff per day
  • Access to a wide variety of seminars
