Book a Stand
- Open the Floor Plan to select your preferred stand. Keep the Floor Plan open on a separate tab in case you need to refer back to it.
- Check current stand availability.
- Click on the booking link next to your chosen stand size (opposite). If your preferred stand number shows ‘Out of Stock’ on the booking form, this means it is already booked – refer back to the floor plan to select another stand.
- Can’t see your preferred size? Get in touch as we may be able to adjust the plan to your requirements.
A non-refundable deposit of £300 + VAT will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due within 30 days.
*Prices shown are Associate Member rates. Non-members pay an additional £550 +VAT. If you’re not an Associate Member, register your interest to be considered for a stand, or become a member to book now at the best rates.

The following are not included, but will be available to order: additional furniture and shelving, graphics, additional name boards and panels, hard wired internet, literature dispensers, reinforced panels, garment rails, additional lighting and plug sockets, parking.
A full Exhibitor Manual will be available containing order forms and all logistical information that you will need.
