About the instructor
Gabriela Gandolfini has a qualification in Coaching for Performance (CfPAC) and is Director of Customer Strategy & Retail at the House of Commons. Gabriela has previously worked at the National Theatre, the Royal Opera House, and the Barbican Centre. Gabriela is a trustee of the Association for Cultural Enterprises.
