England’s National Football Museum (NFM) exists to house and harness the power of football, to share stories that influence, to showcase culture and involve and motivate people to creatively engage. The Operations Manager – Commercial Trading & Visitor Experience will oversee and manage all front of house commercial departments as well as visitor experience, including Admissions, Tours, Galleries, Retail, Events, Food and Beverage (F&B), Security, and Customer Service, and will control all associated budgets.
The role will require working across departments to ensure the smooth and safe running of the site on a daily basis, whilst also updating and introducing new policies and procedures where necessary. In addition, alongside the Operations Manager – Technical & Estates the postholder will ensure management of the National Football Museum’s major incident plan, its counter terrorism procedures, and its business continuity plan.
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days on a 7 day rota.
