Head of Marketing & Audience Development

Chelsea Physic Garden is seeking a Head of Marketing & Audience Development to expand our reach, relevance and impact. You will lead insight-led marketing and communications, growing and diversifying audiences while strengthening engagement and membership. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, you will drive campaigns, digital channels and brand development to support long-term sustainability and measurable audience growth.
