The Wedding and Function Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our diverse wedding and function offer, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and their guests. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the event, ensuring their vision is realised with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
A key member of the commercial team, you will work closely with colleagues to create a competitive offer that aligns with our strategy, working to achieve targets. You will communicate regularly with the Operations Manager and Catering Manager to ensure you plan an ambitious but deliverable offer, providing detailed information to the team.
This position requires a highly organised, client focused individual with excellent communication skills. You will manage relationships and key messaging to partners, vendors, businesses and stakeholders at Insole Court. This includes managing the relationship with the Cardiff Register Office, based at Insole Court, to maximise commercial opportunities
This role is for a minimum of 9 months with an option to extend.
