Christmas Planning in a Pandemic

Join us for an interactive discussion looking at how best to prepare for a successful Christmas season during Covid-19 and beyond. We'll hear from the British Library, Bletchley Park and National Museums Liverpool about their plans for a successful Christmas recovery, followed by  discussion in smaller groups and a Q&A.

During the discussion we'll look at how plans will need to be adapted, how we can build on success in areas such as eCommerce, what the new opportunities are, and how lessons from the past year can be used to positively impact not just Christmas but also the wider retail strategy.

After our speakers have shared their own plans, each of them will then chair a smaller breakout session where you’ll have a chance to chat with each other and share your own ideas and experience. Finally there’ll be a chance to put your questions to the panel in a Q&A session.
