BVA BDRC is delighted to offer Cultural Enterprises Members an exclusive rate to participate in its Mystery Visitor Benchmarking Programme.
This programme has been delivering key insights across the sector since its inception in 2022. Each mystery visit provides an end-to-end assessment of the visitor experience, tracking key strengths and improvement areas for venues across the UK. Insights focus on multiple areas of commercial performance, including:
- Membership promotion
- Guided tour/talk / staff-led activity assessments (this may incur an extra charge at some attractions)
- Catering: the range for adults and children, vegan/gluten-free catering, local sourcing, staff knowledge/attitude etc.
- Retail: range, staff knowledge/attitude, local products, sustainability etc.
- Upselling
- Activity around donations

All costs exclude admissions/guided tours or any other additional site costs, which will be charged separately. Remote site fees are a guide only. We will not charge you in the event of the visit being easily filled, but the cost may increase further in the event of increased travel costs.
