Income Support Manager

We are looking for a London- or Greater London-based Income Support Manager to support our team across 8 sites with Retail, Food and Beverage, Membership and Fundraising operations within the London area. This role will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the regional area and includes the support of diverse teams, which may be delivered in-person or remotely.

This is a great opportunity to join the newly developed Income Business Partnering Team working across retail, food & beverage, membership and fundraising departmental areas at over 80 historic sites in the English Heritage portfolio.

As Income Support Manager for the London territory, you will play a vital role in driving the financial success of our sites by providing guidance and commercial expertise to site teams to improve the performance of all income streams.

You will provide guidance to site teams to support the delivery and execution of best practice, visual standards, compliance, training and development. Through coaching and providing tools and techniques, you will drive the income and profitability of our shops and cafes, increase sales and fundraising of our membership offer and site community fundraising initiatives. You will maximise the delivery of growth opportunities through collaborative ways of working between the Income, Growth and Marketing and Operations, Experience and Engagement directorates.
