Link your account to your organisation

If you work for a member organisation, and you’re struggling to access member only content or member discounts for events, that will most likely be because:

  • Your membership has expired (please contact us to arrange renewal) or
  • You entered your organisation name differently to the way it appears in our membership system. This must match exactly.

First, find your organisation in our Full Member or Associate Member directory and check how it appears.
