Navigating Events in the 'New Normal'

Led by Lucy Woodbridge, Head of Commercial Events, Experiences and Catering at Imperial War Museums, this one day online Masterclass is for organisations across the culture and heritage sector who have been managing events through Covid-19.

Across the session you will learn how to navigate your way through ‘the new normal’ whilst managing events and protecting the business. We will look at real life examples and work with colleagues to come up with solutions as part of the workshop.

Managers responsible for corporate events, operations, contracts and commercial event packages.

Trainer

Lucy Woodbridge is the Head of Commercial Events, Experiences and Catering at the Imperial War Museums. Lucy’s role covers 5 branches – Lambeth Road, Churchill War Rooms, HMS Belfast, IWM Duxford and IWM North, she is responsible for corporate hire, catering, commercial filming, Air shows, Air display days, Experiences and other ad hoc areas such as car parks and pleasure flying! Prior to joining IWM Lucy was responsible for events at the Natural History Museum and RAF Museum.

This Masterclass will be delivered over one day and will be a mix of case studies, discussion and breakout sessions to keep Zoom fatigue at bay and encourage networking and conversations between participants. Full programme to follow.
