Emerging Leadership Programme
The Emerging Leadership Programme offers an invaluable opportunity for new and aspiring leaders in the cultural sector to connect, share challenges, good practice and experiences with peers.
The programme is designed to support learners to identify their key leadership strengths and develop core skills in order to work productively with those around them and to lead in an effective and authentic way.
This course, for members only, is delivered over three months from 1 May to 24 July including both online and in person sessions.
